The two-level house has three air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with a private balcony and a modern bathroom with hot showers. The property also boasts a well-equipped kitchen, laundry and two large living areas on the two floors. Located in a quiet residential area, your most noticeable neighbors here would be cormorants, egrets and kingfishers on and around the water. Peacocks are not an uncommon sight in the morning and swarms of bats can be seen at sundown. The local chipmunks are quite friendly too.

Our aim is to provide our guests with a peaceful place to relax and unwind. We urge you to explore our city [the sacred city of Kandy, as some call it] and venture further into the World Heritage cities further afield. The rock fortress of Sigiriya is an easy day-trip from KandyVilla812.
